1 — Who processes your data

The data controller is Strideo s.r.o., registered office at Křenová 531/69a, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, Company ID 23268441, VAT ID CZ23268441, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 145150.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to do so.

2 — What data we process and why

2.1 Request for agency access

When you submit the form on the Registration page, we process your company name, company ID, contact person's name, work e-mail, phone number, company website and the message you write to us.

Purpose: assessing your request and setting up access to agency prices.
Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in assessing a business partner.
Retention: for approved requests, for the duration of the business relationship; for rejected requests, one year from submission.

2.2 Orders and their fulfilment

When you place an order, we process billing and delivery details, the contact person's name, e-mail, phone number and the contents of the order.

Purpose: confirming the order, production, delivery and invoicing.
Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Retention: for the duration of the contract and subsequently for the applicable limitation periods.

2.3 Accounting and taxes

We process data shown on invoices and related accounting and tax documents.

Purpose: compliance with the Accounting Act and the VAT Act.
Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
Retention: for the period set by those acts, up to 10 years.

2.4 Portal user account

We process your e-mail address as the login name, your name and account settings.

Purpose: giving you access to your prices, orders and documents in one place.
Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Retention: until the account is closed or the business relationship ends.

2.5 Commercial communications

If you are our customer or have given us your consent, we may send you information about our offering.

Purpose: informing you about products and services that may be relevant to you.
Legal basis: legitimate interest for existing customers, consent for others.
Retention: until you unsubscribe, either via the link in each e-mail or by writing to info@strideo.cz.

3 — Who we share data with

We share personal data only with those who need it to deliver what we have agreed:

We have data processing agreements in place with our processors. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, except for Google services, which may process data outside the EEA on the basis of standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Delivery to an end client's address. If you order goods to be delivered directly to your client, we pass the delivery address and recipient contact to the manufacturer or the carrier. Without this the shipment cannot be delivered.

4 — Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right to:

• be informed about what data we process about you and obtain a copy of it;
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• request erasure where we have no lawful ground for processing;
• request restriction of processing or object to processing;
• receive your data in a machine-readable format and pass it to another controller;
• withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Simply write to info@strideo.cz. We will respond within one month at the latest.

If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you may contact the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, uoou.gov.cz.

5 — Cookies

Our website uses only technical cookies necessary for it to function: they keep you signed in and preserve the contents of your cart. Without them the webshop would not work, which is why we do not need your consent for them.

We do not currently use analytical or marketing cookies. Should we start using them, we will ask for your consent in advance and update this policy.

6 — Changes to this policy

We may amend this policy if the way we process personal data changes. The current version is always available on this page.
