What happens after you place a custom production order:

1. We send you an order confirmation by e-mail

2. Reply to that e-mail with your artwork, or with your questions and brief if our studio is to prepare the artwork

   1. You will find artwork templates for most products here
   2. If you cannot find a template for your product, contact us
3. We prepare a visual proof for your approval
4. Once approved, we confirm the delivery date and start production
5. When production is finished we send you a dispatch confirmation with carrier tracking, and the invoice
