NovoDaily Lifestyle+ is a personalized three-month daily micronutrient support program based on a lifestyle genetic analysis. The DNA test is included at no additional charge with a minimum three-month subscription. The customer collects a saliva sample at home; the laboratory then evaluates genetic predispositions related to weight management, nutrition, natural detoxification processes, biological ageing and stress management. The program includes a digital and printed results report with personalized recommendations, a recipe book, a training plan and an overview of approximately 1,400 foods. Based on the input information and analysis results, an individual combination of more than 20 micronutrients is prepared in practical NovoDailies daily sachets. The composition is tailored to the individual and uses time-controlled release technology. A freshly produced supply is delivered every three months. The price corresponds to EUR 3.80 per day, EUR 114 per month and EUR 342 for the three-month program. The lifestyle genetic analysis is not intended to diagnose diseases or assess disease risk. According to the manufacturer, micronutrient dosage adjustments and nutritional recommendations derived from genetic results are experimental. (Currently available only in Czechia and Slovakia.)
